Build your first plan
Answer a few questions and the planner builds a full day for you in seconds.
Pick your park and date. Choose Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios or Animal Kingdom, and the day you're visiting. You can plan for today or any date in the future.
Tell us about your group. How many adults and children, children's ages, and whether anyone needs step-free access or gets tired in the heat. This shapes which rides and breaks we suggest.
Choose your style. Relaxed, young family, thrill-seeker and more. This nudges the day towards the kind of attractions you'll enjoy — it never hides anything, just re-orders priorities.
Add must-dos, meals and snacks. Type any rides you absolutely want, and say whether to include lunch, dinner and how many snack breaks. We build the day around these.
Review and build. Check the summary and tap build. Your day appears as a friendly timeline.
Planning ahead? For a future date we use historical patterns to predict how busy each ride will be, hour by hour. On the day itself we switch to live wait times.
Reading your day
The Day view is your itinerary — an ordered list of stops from opening to your chosen end time.
What each stop shows
Time & wait. When to be there and the expected queue. On the day this is the live wait; for a future date it's a forecast for that hour.
Walk time. Roughly how long to stroll from the previous stop.
Why it's here. Tap a stop to see the reasoning — a short wait right now, a good time of day for it, or one of your must-dos.
Getting around
Now & Next sit at the top so you always know where to head.
Tap done as you finish each stop — the day keeps count and quietly tidies what's left.
Use the tabs to filter the timeline, and the map and Optimise views for a different angle.
Your progress is saved automatically. Close the app, come back later, and your day — and everything you've ticked off — is exactly as you left it.
The AI Companion (on the day)
While you're in the park, the planner keeps watching conditions for you.
The sparkle button in the bottom corner is your companion. When something worth knowing happens — a wait suddenly drops, a ride reopens, a show is about to start, or rain is coming — it gently flags it with a badge, without interrupting your day.
Live activity feed at the top of the day shows the latest changes around you.
Opportunities are ranked best-first, so the top one is simply "the best thing to do next".
Tap the companion to see suggestions and add the good ones to your plan.
This all runs on today's live data. For a future-dated plan the same button becomes your way to add or suggest things instead (see Planning as a family).
Adjusting your day
Plans change — someone's tired, it starts raining, a ride breaks down. The planner reshapes the rest of your day around whatever's happened, and never touches what you've already done.
Quick changes on any stop
Mark done — tick it off; the day moves on.
Skip — drop it and re-optimise; it won't be suggested again.
Move later — push it to a better gap later in the day.
Replace — swap it for a nearby alternative.
Favourite & Why now — mark things you love, and see the reasoning behind a stop.
Adapt My Day
Open the companion and tell it what's changed — "it's too hot", "the kids are tired", "we'd like to watch a show", "add a snack". It rebuilds only the remaining part of your day to suit.
"Not enough time for both" — if adding something would squeeze out a ride or show you deliberately planned, the app always asks first and shows exactly what would change. You choose: keep your plan, take the new thing, or pick something else to give up. Nothing important disappears silently.
Lightning Lane & dining
Add the things you've already booked and the planner builds the day around them.
Use Add reservation to record a Lightning Lane return window or a dining reservation — time, place, and any notes. The planner treats these as protected commitments: it makes sure you can always get there in time, and it won't stack an extra meal on top of a dining booking.
Tap Add reservation on your day (or during the build).
Choose Lightning Lane or dining, then fill in the details.
The plan re-flows so the stops around it line up with your booking.
These are your own manual entries — the app doesn't book anything for you and can't verify a reservation with Disney. Always double-check times in the official Disney app.
The Live Park Board
A quick, at-a-glance look at what the parks are doing right now — no plan needed.
The Board tab shows current ride waits and status, refreshing on its own every minute. Pin the rides you care about to keep them at the top. It's perfect for a quick check without opening your full itinerary.
Ride Tracker
A lifetime record of everything you've ridden and when.
The Tracker tab gathers every ride you've marked done across all your plans, so you can see your history and spot the few classics you still haven't done. You can also tick things off by hand.
My Plans & Trips
Save as many day plans as you like and group them into trips.
Day plans — each is one park day, with its own selections and progress.
Trips — group several days together (e.g. a week-long holiday). Jump between days with the Previous / Next switcher on the day header.
Templates — save a plan you love and start new ones from it.
From the Plans tab you can create, rename, duplicate, move, archive or delete plans, and manage trips — tap the menu on any card.
Accounts & devices
Optional — but it keeps your plans safe and on every device.
You can use the whole planner as a guest; everything saves on your device. Create a free account and your trips, plans, reservations and progress sync automatically across your phone, tablet and computer.
Sign in anywhere and pick up exactly where you left off.
Works offline — keep planning with no signal; changes upload when you reconnect.
Your devices are listed in your account, and you can name each one so they're easy to recognise.
Your data is yours — export it any time, or delete your account and everything with it.
Freshness pill: the little indicator shows whether you're seeing up-to-the-minute park data. It glows briefly when things update, so you're never guessing.
Planning as a family
Plan together, tour together — everyone always sees the same day.
Share a trip with family or friends and you all work from one shared plan. Change something and everyone sees it; no duplicate copies, no confusion.
Sharing a trip
Open the trip's menu (or the people icon on the day) and choose Share this trip.
Enter someone's email and pick their role, then send the invitation.
They open the link, sign in (or create a free account) with that email, and they're in.

Suggesting rides, shows & snacks
Everyone in the group can chip in ideas. On a future trip day, tap the suggest button (the sparkle/bulb in the corner) and:
Pick what you'd like — a ride, show, character meet, meal or snack.
Search and choose it, and optionally say what time you'd like it.
Add a note ("the kids really want this") and send it to the planners.
Planners and the owner see suggestions and can Accept or Dismiss each one. Accepting drops the item into the day at your requested time — or the best nearby slot — and warns the planner if it would move anything else.
Never miss a suggestion
When there are ideas waiting, owners and planners see a suggestions badge on the trip and on the day's people icon. Tap it to jump straight to the list and approve or deny.
Keeping bookings private
Owners can choose how much of a reservation the rest of the group sees: everything, just the time and place, or owner & planners only. Private notes and confirmation numbers stay hidden from everyone else.
The owner can change anyone's role, remove members, or hand the trip over to someone else. Members can leave a shared trip at any time.
Tips & FAQ
Are the wait times real?
On the day, yes — they're live. For a future date they're careful predictions based on how busy each ride usually is at that time; treat them as a very good estimate, not a guarantee.
Will it change my plan without asking?
Never for the important things. It quietly keeps live waits and times fresh, but anything that would drop a ride or show you chose is always confirmed with you first.
Do I have to sign in?
No. Everything works as a guest on your device. Signing in just adds syncing across devices and sharing with family.
Can it book my rides or meals?
No. The planner helps you decide what to do and when — booking still happens in the official Disney app.
